Sift
the flour and salt together. Mix in the oil and water; knead
to make a soft dough. Cover with a moist cloth and keep
aside for 30 minutes.
Divide
the dough equally into 5 balls and dust with flour. Heat the
oven to 175ºC; flatten the balls and roll each out to an 8”
disc. Place the discs on a greased tray and bake for 3
minutes till pale brown in colour. Serve hot.
