Chop
the onion, chilies and ginger fine. Put oats in a mixing
bowl, add chopped spices, salt and curd and mix into a thick
dough.
Heat a
tava and grease the surface with a spoonful of ghee. Take a
tablespoonful of the oats mixture and spread on the surface
of the tava so as to make a thin pancake.
Add a
little more ghee, flip the dosai over and fry on the other
side till nicely brown.
