Dalda or your
choice of Banaspati Ghee/Oil 3/4 cups
Combine
whole meal flour and gram flour. Mix all the spices, onion,
salt, green chilies, coriander leaves and knead with water
to a stiff dough then make small balls and roll out to 5-6
inches in diameter and cook on a hot tava (griddle) for a
minute and cook other side. Repeat he process once again.
When done, remove from tava and spread banaspati on both
sides and serve with raita, vegetables or chutney.
