200 gms chopped coriander |

Black pepper and salt to taste |

Line a nine-inch, loose-bottomed pie dish
with short crust pastry. |
 |
Mix all the ingredients for the filling and
spoon them in the pie dish. |
 |
Cover the dish with remaining pastry sheets.

Brush with egg and bake in a pre-heated oven
at 240° C for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
|

When done serve hot with salad. |
