Aniseed (saunf) 1/2

Yogurt 3 tbsp |

Heat oil in a pan. Add all the ingredients along with the
meat. Cook on high heat and mix well. Lower the heat and
cover with a lid until the meat gets tender. Stir for a few
minutes, cover again and leave on low heat till oil
separates. (The longer this dish is cooked on low heat the
more flavour it gets.)
