In
a bowl marinate mutton with yogurt, garlic, ginger, cumin,
salt, red chilies, for overnight. In a pan heat oil and
brown onion. Then add in it cloves and cinnamon. Mix well.
To this add mutton and 2 cups of water and cook on low
flame.

When mutton is tender then add to it cardamom (crushed)
seeds and cook further for few minutes. In a bowl dissolve
saffron in warm water and pour it over cooking mutton and
continue cooking for few more minutes. When water dries up
and meat is tender then stir fry it until oil floats on top.
Your dish is ready.
