Beef yaqni 1/2 cups |

Grind together cumin, coriander, cardamom, fenugreek, red
chilies and turmeric. Heat oil and fry beef in it. Then take
it out in a bowl. In the same pan add onion, garlic, ginger.
When onion turns brown then add in it beef with masalas from
the bowl. Also add I this vinegar, yaqni, sugar, salt, black
pepper and cook with lid covered until beef is tender.
Stir-fry until oil floats on top. Decorate this with paper
and serve with rice.

Note: Instead of yaqni you can also use beef stock
available in market.
