Sprouted wheat (wheat sprouts) are highly nutritious because they
contain all the elements necessary for a healthy and well nourished
growth. Sprouted wheat can be used fresh, dry, whole or crushed. Use fresh wheat sprouts for great health. You can easily sprout wheat at home and use it for flavor,
health and texture in a variety of recipes like desserts, breads,
salads, snacks etc.
You will need:Wheat kernelsClean water triple the amount of wheatA large glass bowlFine mesh or a piece of muslin Procedure:Put wheat in a glass bowl. Fill it with triple amount of clean water.Cover with a mesh and place it in a warm shade for 24 hours.Drain and rinse the wheat really well.If the wheat hasn't already sprouted, leave them in warm shade again covered for another 24 hours.Make sure you rinse the the wheat after every 6 hours this time.To dry the sprouted wheat, spread them in a large tray and dry under sun.Once dried, you can grind them and store in a air tight jar.

I made angori and then made habshi halwa it was tasty but the chunks were soft instead of a bit hard.in karachi i use to buy angori from bazar and that always gave hard chunks.please advise. THANKS
