Some people sleep as little as 20 hours a week. Others sleep even less but still feel refreshed and alert when they’re awake.
Why do some people need so little sleep while others seem to need so much?
It's been reported that the people who can get away with so little sleep are able to totally relax during the day and when they are asleep. So even though they are sleeping less the sleep they are getting is of better quality.
Insomnia causes are apparent if you are still tired after 9 or 10 hours of sleep. This could indicate that you are not very relaxed and would be a good candidate for treatment for causes of insomnia.
When you learn to sleep completely relaxed, the time element will be taken care of, for you will automatically sleep enough.
