Aok
yeseterday i made rasmalai .when they rose in the milk they were very fluffy but when i kept in the refrigerator they turned hard i used a tv prog recipe as under
dry milk:1 cp or{aik pao}
maida:1 Tbsp Oil: 1 Tsp
1 egg
kidly let me know what was the incorrect procedure

yeh best recipe hy main hamesha aisy hi banati ho haan 1 baat rasmalai ka aata soft ho hard nhi hona chaiye warna gooliyan b hard ho gi milk jab boil ho jaye to phely 1 goli daal k chek kar lena ok na

sory 2 late reply,bt aliza sadia nay jo recipy de hay may b ise recpy ko use karte ho,ap kabe b mashen say dough ko mut gondye ga,hat,ya pir spoon say dough ko gondye ga.or ha anda kabe b pora 1 sat mut dalye ga,bal k agar anda bara ho to 1\4 egg b kafe rahay ga,pehlay tora sa dalay,agar zarorat mehsos ho to pir or dalay.
