SOMY YR TIPS R REFRESHING COURSE FOR ME WE KNOW MOST OF THINGS BUT WE FORGET BY THE TIME. ALLAH will give u reward u r doing a great job thanx. yesterday after hoovering all over the house i did poocha on carpat mean (kapra kagaya saray ghar). it really take energy specially when doing poocha on carpet. breakfast 1 egg 10 am mint tea 2pm lunch one chapati with basin curry is that curry ok.................?

Hello Ladies I just wanna know tht while breastfeeding how can I lose my weight, my baby is 3 months and I increased up to 10 kgs plus i had caeserian so i know i can't exercise but only walk, I am curious to know is there any diet plan for moms like me. PLease post the diet plan here for mothers like me. I will be extremely thank ful for you.

really i m impressed after reading somy jia good tips for saira dear i m also worry about my weight now adays i start very hard dietig morning first i take water then half hour walk morning and 1 hour walk in night time ,in breakfast i take boiled egg and one cup tea with out suger ,lunch 3 shami kabab with tea, evening again tea dinner 1 piece chicken some time boiled and some time grilled (note) i take alot of green tea all day. all dears i m waiting ur good advice plz help me ? a
