Chicken,
boneless, sliced 1/2 kg |
 |
Green chillies,
sliced 4 |
 |
Ginger /
garlic paste 2 tsp |
 |
Capsicums, cut
into slices 1/2 kg |
 |
Spring onions,
finely chopped 2 |
 |
Worcestershire
sauce 3 tbsp |
 |
Chicken stock
or boiling water 2 1/2 cups |
 |
Cornflour
powder, mixed in water 2 1/2 tbsp |
 |
Oil 3 tbsp |
 |
Chinese salt
1/4 tsp, optional |
 |
Salt to taste |

- Mix
green chillies, ginger 1 garlic paste, salts and
Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Add chicken, and marinate
for an hour.
- Heat
oil and fry the marinated chicken on high heat till it
changes colour. Add the vegetables and stir, pour in the
chicken stock or boiling water and stir till the liquid
boils again.
- Add
cornflour and stir till the sauce thickens. Remove chicken
from heat.
- Serve
with spicy lemon rice.
