Heat
gheelbutter in a large pan and fry chicken pieces for 10
minutes or until chicken is cooked. Add chilli powder and
salt to the chicken, mix well and let it fry for 3 minutes.
Remove
the chicken and in the same oil fry green chillies and
ginger 1 garlic paste till it turns light brown. Add tomato
puree and continue stirring till the oil separates from
spices.
Add the
fried chicken pieces, whipped yogurt or cream and almond
powder.
Cook
for 10 minutes. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
