1/2 kg boneless chicken breast pieces cut into chunks

1 cup fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped

1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

bullet

1 tbsp lemon juice

bullet

1 tbsp green chilli paste

bullet

1 tbsp salt

bullet

1 onion, sliced into rings


 

  • In a blender, put in the coriander, mint leaves, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, green chillies, salt and blend

  • Place the chicken in a bowl, and rub with the mixture

  • Cover and refrigerate for two to three hours
     

  • Pre-heat the oven to medium heat. Lightly grease a baking dish

  • Place the chicken in the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is done

  • Just five minutes before taking out the dish, sprinkle with onion rings and bake again

  • Serve hot
