Heat
desi ghee or oil in a deep pan. Fry ginger/garlic paste on
low heat till light brown in colour. Add boneless chicken
cubes, stir fry on medium heat till chicken is cooked.
Add
tomatoes, salt, chilli powder and black pepper powder and
continue to stir fry. Add green chillies and mix well.
Cover
the pan and simmer till tomatoes are cooked and oil
separates from the gravy.
