Boneless

Boiled noodles

Capsicum,
sliced 2 large |

Spring onions,
finely sliced 2 |

Carrots,

Cabbage,
chopped 1/2 of a medium head

Oil 2 tbsp + 1
tbsp |

- Combine
the chicken with lemon juice, pepper sauce, Worcestershire
sauce, hot chilli sauce and paprika and leave for 35
minutes.
- Heat
oil and fry ginger/garlic and green chilli paste till it
becomes light brown. Add marinated chicken and the marinade.
Stir constantly for a few minutes on high heat till it
boils. Then simmer until chicken becomes tender and water
dries. Add 1 spring onion and continue to fry on low heat
for a few more minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a
shallow saucepan, heat 1 tbsp cooking oil and fry all
vegetables on medium heat. Do not over cook. Add boiled
noodles and salt, mix well, stir on high heat for a few
minutes.
- To
serve, spread noodles and vegetables in a large dish. Put
the chicken with gravy in the centre of dish, sprinkle with
chopped spring onion, serve hot.
