Ginger and
garlic paste 1 tbsp |

pinch soak in two tbsp of hot water |

boiled and mashed |

(steamed) 1 cup |

- Wash
the chicken and make cuts in it. Marinate it with lemon
juice, garlic and ginger and keep for an hour. Then stuff
into the chicken; the potatoes, carrots, green peas, salt,
black pepper and margarine, and tie it with a thread.
- Mix all
the other ingredients with saffron and pour on the chicken.
Steam for a few minutes; when water starts drying, fry in
Dalda oil or bake for 15 minutes. Cook orange peel with
sugar and honey and form a thick paste, then pour on to the
chicken.
