
- Wash
and dry the chicken, mix all seasoning in a plastic bag, add
breadcrumbs. Dip each piece in egg with white then coat with
seasoning. Grease the baking dish, set the chicken pieces,
sprinkle remaining seasoning, spray oil and bake on 180o C
for 20 minutes again. Brush oil; serve with sauté potato,
carrot and Salad.
