Barbecue sauce

Chili with
garlic sauce 3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Chinese salt 1

Corn flour 2
tbsp
Make a
paste of the above ingredients and marinate for 10 mins.
Deep fry in hot oil on low flame till golden or bake in oven
for 25 mins on gas mark 3. Wrap exposed ends of bone in foil
and serve with coleslaw and ketchup.
