- Blend
onions with tomatoes. Heat oil and butter in a wok. Add
ginger, garlic, onion and tomato puree, boneless chicken
cubes with salt, red chilies and turmeric powder and cook
for 10 minutes with lid closed. When cooked, add almonds,
coconut powder, all spices, curd and fresh cream and let
simmer for 10 more mins. When oil starts forming on the top,
add green chilies, ginger julienne and crushed zeera (cumin
seeds). Serve with nan.
