bullet Chicken boneless 1/2 kg cut in 1 inch cubes
bullet Salt 1 tsp
bullet Red chilies 1 tsp
bullet Ginger/ garlic paste 1 tsp
bullet Fresh cream 1/2 cup
bullet All spices 1 tsp
bullet Onion 1 large (boiled)
bullet Tomatoes 4 boiled
bullet Butter 2 oz
bullet Oil 2 oz
bullet Powdered almonds 2 tbsp
bullet Coconut powder 2 tbsp
bullet Green chilies 4
bullet Curd 2 tbsp
bullet Zeera roasted and crushed 1 tbsp
bullet Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Blend onions with tomatoes. Heat oil and butter in a wok. Add ginger, garlic, onion and tomato puree, boneless chicken cubes with salt, red chilies and turmeric powder and cook for 10 minutes with lid closed. When cooked, add almonds, coconut powder, all spices, curd and fresh cream and let simmer for 10 more mins. When oil starts forming on the top, add green chilies, ginger julienne and crushed zeera (cumin seeds). Serve with nan.
