bullet Coriander leaves 1 bunch
bullet Mint leaves (pudina) 1 bunch
bullet Green chilies 6-7
bullet Chili powder 1 tsp
bullet Roasted cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
bullet Asafoetida 1 pinch
bullet Mango powder 2 tsp
bullet Lemon 1
bullet Salt to taste
  • For hot chutney, grind together all the ingredients except lemon. Lastly squeeze in lemon.
